ACCEPTED MATERIALS
What We Take
We accept the following materials from companies and contractors. All loads must be clean and free of hazardous waste, household garbage, and prohibited items.
Brush
Tree branches, shrubs, and cleared vegetation from land clearing, storm cleanup, and landscaping operations. Accepted in bulk loads.
Note: No household yard bags
Yard Debris
Grass clippings, leaves, and general organic yard waste from residential and commercial landscaping and maintenance operations.
Note: Organic material only
Logs
Tree trunks and large logs from land clearing, storm cleanup, and tree removal operations. Accepted in bulk loads.
Note: No treated or painted lumber
Concrete
Broken concrete slabs, curbing, foundations, sidewalks, and other concrete demolition waste from construction and renovation projects.
Note: No rebar-heavy loads without prior approval
Asphalt
Removed asphalt pavement, millings, and asphalt demolition waste from road, driveway, and parking lot projects.
Note: Clean asphalt only
Waste Dirt
Excess excavation dirt, spoil material, and clean fill dirt from construction, grading, and utility installation projects.
Note: Must be clean fill — no contaminated soil

The Drop-Off Process
Call Ahead
Contact us before arriving to confirm we can accept your load type and to get directions to the site. This ensures a smooth, fast drop-off.
Arrive at the Site
Drive to our McConnell's, SC location. Our staff will direct you to the correct unloading area for your material type.
Unload Your Material
Unload your material in the designated area. Keep loads clean and separated by material type where possible.
Pay & Go
Pricing is based on load type and volume. Our staff will confirm pricing on arrival. We keep the process simple and fast.

Chemicals, solvents, paints, oils, and any materials classified as hazardous.
Household Garbage
Residential trash, food waste, and general household refuse.
Tires
Automotive and equipment tires of any size.
Appliances & Electronics
Refrigerators, HVAC units, electronics, and white goods.
Contaminated Soil
Soil containing petroleum products, chemicals, or other contaminants.
